Equity Analyst (Buy-side)

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct detailed company and sector research to develop and support investment theses

· Build and maintain financial models including valuation and scenario analysis

· Monitor portfolio holdings, track key developments, and flag material changes

· Attend earnings calls, summarize key insights, and update forecasts

· Prepare concise research notes and internal updates for the investment team

Candidate Profile

· MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

· 2–3 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or financial analysis

· Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with solid understanding of financial statements

· Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg or similar platforms is a plus

· Strong analytical thinking with the ability to work independently

· Ability to leverage AI tools and data analytics to improve research efficiency

· Clear written and verbal communication skills in English

· CFA progress or completion preferred
