An Equity Derivatives Structurer is responsible for customizing complex financial instruments to meet the specific needs of clients, involving activities such as marketing equity derivatives products, providing market analysis and trading ideas, offering indicative pricing, and delivering structured product solutions. This role includes collaborating with sales teams, traders, and risk managers to design and implement innovative strategies that align with the risk tolerance, investment goals, and market perspectives of clients. The position demands a strong understanding of equity derivatives, financial markets, and quantitative modeling, alongside strong analytical skills, creativity, and effective communication abilities to engage with clients, enhance client service systems, and coordinate global business strategies.
核心职责 Key Responsibilities
- 领导和创新:通过开发创新策略和新型收益结构,推动境外结构团队的成长,从而拓展业务线。
Leadership & Innovation: Drive the growth of our offshore structuring team by developing innovative strategies and novel payoff structures, thereby expanding our business lines.
- 跨职能协作:与交易员、销售,以及合规、法律等支持部门合作,设计、定价和发行复杂产品。
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Traders, Sales, along with support departments such as Compliance, Legal, to design, price and issue complex products.
- 客户和销售参与:推动并推广结构性投资解决方案和交易策略给销售团队和客户。提供定制分析,包括流动性分析等。
Client & Sales Engagement: Advocate and promote structured investment solutions and trading strategies to Sales teams and clients. Deliver bespoke analytics, encompassing liquidity analysis, historical back testing, etc.
- 定价和客户支持:为现有和潜在客户提供示例性报价。帮助交易员执行交易并提供交易后的支持,确保快速响应客户关于产品细节的询问。
Pricing & Client Support: Provide indicative pricing for both existing and prospective clients. Facilitate trade execution and deliver post-trade support, ensuring prompt responses to client inquiries about product specifics.

Tool Development & Market Insights: Enhance internal pricing tools and support Sales teams in their implementation. Conduct market analyses to identify significant trends and regulatory developments.
