Equity Financing Business Development and Execution

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support origination and execution of investment banking business, with primary focus on cross border transactions including but not limited to initial public offerings in international capital markets.
2. Work closely with senior bankers in Hong Kong for client relationship management.
3. Conduct in-depth research activities on economies, industries and companies in China (including Hong Kong) and internationally.
4. Perform financial, statistical, and corporate/industry analysis.
5. Prepare presentation and other materials for clients.
6. Conduct research, prepare supporting documentation, assist and coordinate in due diligence efforts and processes.

Job Qualifications

1. Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above.
3. Strong learning ability and responsibility. A good team player and effective communicator.
