Job Description - Estimator

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze tender requirements and collaborate on tender preparation.
  • Independently manage the tender process, including cost analysis and submission.
  • Utilize past data for cost analysis and supplier negotiations.
  • Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above in Surveying or related fields
  • 5+ years of quantity surveying experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of MiC and tender software (QSM) is advantageous.
