Job Description - Estimator

Roles & Responsibilities:

Analyze tender requirements and collaborate on tender preparation.
Independently manage the tender process, including cost analysis and submission.
Utilize past data for cost analysis and supplier negotiations.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Surveying or related fields
5+ years of quantity surveying experience.
Strong interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
Knowledge of MiC and tender software (QSM) is advantageous.
