Job Responsibilities
- Undertake the related planning and delivery functions in preparation for Test Days
- Ensure effective and efficient delivery of Exams within a location
- Prepare items around confidential materials (e.g. exam papers)
- Manage admin tasks, email communications with customers and exam boards
- Performing both clerical and administrative tasks
- Assist in packing exam papers and managing confidential information for test day
- Receives instructions and requests from cluster operations, 5 days before Test Day itself and plans and organises given resources accordingly (often at short notice) to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and effectively
- Scan dashboards to monitor performance and identify issues
- Deploy engagement plan for Venue Staff. Supports decisions of Operations Manager with the selection of venue staff, sets performance expectations and maintains positive relations
Job Requirements
- A good working knowledge of spoken and written English
- Fluent Cantonese
- 1-2 years experience in customer service is preferred
- Fresh Graduate is welcome
- High accuracy and detail oriented are a must as exams are involved
- Customer relationship management, good time management and problems solving skills
- This role may require working test days which will involve weekend work as part of the contracted hours
