Execution Analyst / Associate

Responsibilities

Assist DCM deal execution, including

1. Draft or review lead managers due diligence reports, undertaking letter, and other documents for issuer’s foreign debt quota application to NDRC (if necessary)
2. Work on internal approvals such as KYC, AML and document review for regulatory requirement
3. Manage transaction process, including materials preparation, third party engagement, calls/meetings arrangement, and other relevant works to facilitate communication between issuers and professional parties and to ensure offering document are prepared and transaction are executed at market standard.
4. Assist pitch books, RFP, and marketing materials to support deal origination; finalize deal structure and legal documentation (if any)

Requirements

1. Degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
2. Ideally 1-2 years of experience but open to fresh graduate; MBA, relevant intern experience, basic concept of legal, or relevant background preferred;
3. Capable of handling multiple tasks; willing to take challenging work in a demanding working environment.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Attention to details; Good command of Mandarin and English
5. Strong Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel skills.
6. Interest in origination, and willing to transfer to coverage banker in 2 years.
