About Your Company

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Executive Assistant to join a local law firm. This role is ideal for an individual eager to develop their career in a professional legal environment. The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to the legal team and help facilitate seamless communication between clients and staff, contributing to the smooth operation of the firm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and staff, ensuring timely and clear information flow.
• Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and filing to maintain accurate and confidential client and case records.
• Coordinate daily office operations to support a professional and organized work environment.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately within the firm.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma or degree holder in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn, coupled with a hardworking and proactive attitude.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Administrator, preferably with prior exposure to a law firm environment, though candidates from other industries will also be considered.
• Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, and strong discipline, essential for success in this role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working collaboratively within a team.
• Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
