Job Description - Executive Assistant & Project Manager

  • Managing ongoing processes and supporting the EVP with strategic projects
  • Practicing cross-organizational issues, working with different interfaces in the Company
  • Prepare executive level materials such as presentations, reports, summaries, and briefing documents
  • Act as a central point among the BU team as well as internal stakeholders
  • Support strategic initiatives, special assignments, and ad hoc management projects as required.
  • Following the BU's and EVP’s planning and implementation of work plans
  • Monitoring, controlling and supporting tasks performance of the BU and reporting Countries
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution of management decisions
  • Managing and monitoring KPIs of the BU and reporting Countries, analyzing the results and working with them to improve performance
  • Initiating and developing reports and tools in order to follow-up on the performance of the BU and reporting Countries
  • Support commercial, operational, and strategic processes through data coordination, documentation, and follow ups
  • Assist in preparing inputs for management meetings, reviews, and decision making forums
  • Preparing presentations and reference materials for the BU meetings, Management meetings, Board meetings and meetings with business partners
  • Analyzing commercial, financial and operational data as a basis for decision-making
  • Preparing ongoing reports of the BU’s activity for senior management presentations
  • Leading processes improvement initiatives in the Function
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business related field
  • With relevant working experience in MNC preferred
  • With experience in the shipping / logistic industry preferred
  • With strong experiences in projects management
  • High level of analytical skills with strong stakeholders’ management
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, ability to work as a team and build good working relationships with senior counter parts
  • Proactive, energetic & independent
  • Result oriented and quick response
  • Excellent in MS-Office tools, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English
