About Our Client

My role is an urgent hire for an EA to support a founder within a Financial services firm. This will be a quick hire and the ideal candidate will require short notice if possible to have an advantage. They have over 12 years history in Hong Kong with a strong track record

Job Description

The EA will have the following duties
  • Calendar Management and to handle travel arrangements
  • Organising both internal / external meetings
  • Formatting presentations, pre meeting and post meeting follow ups
  • Handling some personal requirements when required
  • Supporting the wider teams with administration support when necessary
  • Organising internal team meetings and handling catering
The Successful Applicant

The EA will have the following background
  • Higher education in business administration or relevant
  • Over 6 years solid experience in secretarial support- Financial Services will be an advantage
  • Strong language skills- fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Ability to multitask, work to deadlines and also to take initiative
  • Must be a team player and demonstrate a flexible approach to their work style
  • Candidates with short notice will have an advantage
