Pay \: HK$24,675 to HK$29,195 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities
1.  Supervise routine clerical operation including the Fit Test Centre;
2.  Provide administrative support for the daily operation;
3.  Provide executive support in organizing and managing departmental programs and activities;
4.  Assist in surveillance data collection and analyzing for reporting;
5.  Assist in searching for evidence, compile results and returns;
6.  Assist in resource planning and utilization monitoring
7.  Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Entry Requirements
1.  University Graduate with work experience; OR
2.  F.5 / S.5 with:
       (a) Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE including English Language (Syl. B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent;
          OR
     (b) 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
           - Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language ; and
          - Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / ‘’Attained’’ in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects, or equivalent;
            AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience.

Preferred Attributes
1.  Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
2.  Working experiences on N95 respirator fit testing and appointment / meeting arrangement
3.  Knowledge on graphic design and / or multimedia software
4.  Knowledge on information technology especially database maintenance
5.  Good interpersonal organizational and communication skills
