Job Description - Executive Assistant to Chairman | Single Family Office/ Asset Management start-up
Background
Our client is a newly established Chinese asset management start-up backed by a Single-Family Office. Based in Hong Kong, currently it has small but dynamic office, driven by a long-term vision and a commitment to excellence.
We are seeking a Executive Assistant to Chairman who is proactive, adaptable, and possesses strong communication skills. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage office operations, as well as family-matters while embracing the entrepreneurial value of a start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant to the Chairman (Founder) provides high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to ensure the Hong Kong office functions efficiently and effectively:-
Manage the Chairman’s calendar with precision, prioritizing meetings, travel, and engagements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure appropriate follow-up actions.
Assist in tracking strategic initiatives, projects, and key deliverables to ensure timely progress.
Conduct research and prepare briefing materials to support the Chairman’s meetings and decisions.
Liaise with regulators (SFC), auditors, CPA firm, technology vendors, and other external stakeholders
Support event planning, VIP visits, and corporate functions related to the Chairman’s agenda
Provide personal assistance to the Chairman's personal schedules, travel arrangements, events, and family-related matters with discretion and professionalism.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
Approx. 4–5 years of experience in Executive assistant, Personal assistant, Office admin, or related area.
Prior exposure to family offices or experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, Founders, or Chairpersons is highly valued.
Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent command of both Mandarin and English, written and spoken.
