Job Description - Executive Director, Global Capital Financing Department

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the origination and execution of project finance, M&A finance, aircraft and vessel finance transactions across Hong Kong and Asia Pacific region
Prepare pitching materials, financing proposals, etc.
Assist in the due diligence, structuring, arranging, and syndication of project finance, M&A finance, aircraft and vessel finance transactions
Liaise with coverage teams, customers, legal counsels, banks and other professional advisors and manage documentation processes

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Banking/Business/Finance/Law or related disciplines
Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, legal certification) are preferred
Minimum of 8 years' relevant work experience
Ability to handle complex transactions
Good financial modeling skills and / or technical knowledge
Good understanding of PRC regulatory policies for cross-border investment and financing, and Asia Pacific loan markets
Confidence in interacting with counterparts at all levels
Occasional business travels required
