Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, organizing directing and controlling all the cleaning activities, expenses, manpower and service standard of the Housekeeping Department
• Maintaining the Housekeeping Department in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by Hotel
• Control & monitor the manning of the Housekeeping Department, including daily casual labor requirement, daily roster and vacation planning
• Maintain and enforce all quality and service standards and procedures for Housekeeping Services
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in hospitality management will be an advantage
• 10 years relevant experience with at least 2 years in the similar capacity
• Excellent leadership skills and mastery in delegating multiple tasks
• Proactive, well-organized, detail-minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can work independently under pressure
