They are seeking a sales-focused, self-motivated individual who is passionate about business development and eager to contribute to building a high-performing team. In this role, you will not only drive new business opportunities but also collaborate closely with leadership to help grow and elevate the team as the company continues its accelerated expansion.
Your new role
Drive new business growth by proactively identifying, prospecting, and securing corporate clients for employee benefits solutions.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the employee benefits segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, finance teams, and decision-makers to understand client needs and propose tailored benefit solutions.
Deliver consultative presentations, product recommendations, and competitive analyses to support clients' strategic benefits planning.
Collaborate closely with insurers and internal teams to design competitive benefit packages and pricing strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities and strengthen value propositions.
Oversee renewal strategies to maintain client satisfaction, maximise retention, and identify upsell opportunities.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and networking activities to enhance brand presence and grow business connections.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline
2-5 years' experience in a B2B sales/ business development field
Strong communication, sales & negotiation skills
Self-motivated & Sales-driven
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in Cantonese & English
