Exhibition & Admin. Assistant TRAINEE (Diamond & Jewellery Trading/ 14個月糧)

A well-established Trading of Diamond & Jewellery with over 30 years of history in Hong Kong is looking for several high-caliber candidates.

Duties:

• Assist in organizing and attending various overseas/local jewellery exhibitions
• Co-ordinate with the sales team on clients’ projects and orders
• Follow up on sales orders and liaise closely with clients
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and shipping documents
• Handle clients’ accounts and shipping arrangement
• Responsible for stock transfers and inventory

Requirements:

• Willing to roll up your sleeves, and be flexible in accepting assignments
• Degree/Diploma, with 1-2 years of working experience
• More experience will be considered a Senior post
• Less experienced/ Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, other languages are an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office application (MS Word & Excel)
• Ability to overseas travel for overseas jewelry exhibitions
• Preference for those with family burdens
