We are working with a well-established global investment firm in Hong Kong to hire an Expense Management Associate to join their regional finance operations team. The firm operates across multiple investment strategies and has a strong international footprint. The Hong Kong office supports Asia-Pacific operations and offers a professional, structured environment with clear processes, strong systems, and long-term career stability.

The Role

This is a hands-on finance operations role focused on day-to-day expense processing, policy compliance, and reporting support. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure expenses are processed accurately and in line with internal guidelines, while supporting month-end activities and ongoing process improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and processing employee and corporate expense claims
• Ensuring expenses comply with internal policies and approval limits
• Responding to expense-related queries from the business
• Supporting month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate expense records and reporting schedules
• Assisting with process improvements and system enhancements

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years’ experience in expense management, accounts payable, or finance operations
• Experience in financial services, investment management, or multinational organisations preferred
• Good attention to detail and a structured approach to work
• Solid Excel skills for reconciliations and reporting support
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese an advantage
• Reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
