Experienced Quant Researcher

As Quant Researcher, together with a small team of highly skilled people, you will play a key role in setting up our operations in Hong Kong and perform at the highest level with the goal to build one of the best proprietary trading firms in the world. We are headquartered in the home of the world’s first stock market, Amsterdam, and we have recently opened a brand new office in Hong Kong! Responsibilities:

• Analyzing market data to build new trading strategies


• Developing tools that translate data analysis results into useful inputs for trading


• Continuously analyzing and improving our existing strategies


• Improving and refining the data infrastructure and setup


• Evaluating new markets for opportunity

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of working experience in a similar position.


• Technical background (Maths, Physics, Engineering, Econometrics or similar quantitative studies)


• Programming knowledge in Python, MATLAB, R or C++


• Enjoying researching, in-depth analysis, and mathematical modelling


• Ability to understand the theory and translate it into practice


• Good communication skills


• Attention to detail


• Analytical approach to solving complex problems
