工作内容

• Manage the overall retail operations of our F&B outlets, including monitoring daily activities, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements.
• Develop and optimize inventory management strategies to ensure the availability of products, minimize waste, and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Oversee the procurement and supply chain processes, including vendor management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of store managers, shift leaders, and front-line staff to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor and assess daily operations, identify areas for improvement, and provide hands-on support to the retail teams.

理想的求职者

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail operations, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve operational issues.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
