Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs and proactively marketing our Rates and FX product capabilities.
• Execute on the desk's strategy to broaden our client base, targeting and onboarding new international accounts.
• Generate and disseminate timely market insights and actionable trade ideas in partnership with the trading desk.
• Serve as the key link between clients and traders, providing real-time feedback on client sentiment, flows, and competitive landscape.
• Lead the client onboarding process from a sales perspective and work with Middle Office to ensure flawless post-trade execution and service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in Rates or FX sales, with exposure to international clients being highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of CNY/CNH and HKD interest rate and FX products.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
