FICC Settlement - VP/AVP

Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Back Office or Operations, ideally with at least 8 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage projects effectively while driving process improvements. A solid understanding of financial products in FICC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with crucial tasks like managing static data, post-trade processing, settlement, cash management, and nominee services.
• Oversee trade bookings, validations, life cycle management, investigations, and settlements for FICC products
• Collaborate with front and back office teams to ensure that trading activities are accurately recorded
• Enhance process efficiency and foster transformative changes across operations
• Review and refine current practices to align with industry standards.
• Implement enhancements to improve overall management and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least 8 years of experience in Back Office or Operations, with project management experience
• Knowledge of financial products within Equity Derivatives and FICC, along with strong multitasking, project management, and risk control skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction at all management levels.
• Preferred experience in process transformation; ability to review and automate operations tasks to enhance efficiency.
