Batch Job Execution --- Burn/generate files in DVD for Record Management Department | Burn DVD disks for Check Imaging files for Record Management department due to regulatory requirement on weekly basis. It takes 20 minutes to complete the run. Pass the HKICL reports to users received mid-night | Business needs to receive the HKICL (HK Interbank Clearing Limited) report in the early morning as such Tech/Comm room Ops can help receive the report at mid-night. Third parties file transfer including HKICL, JETCO, EPSCO, UNISYS, TOPPAN & KEYOUNG, making sure all the files are transmitted properly within SLA as APPC will execute the batch run based on the files. | Make sure the file transfer between Citi and External Parties are completed with no error and ensure the files are transmitted within the agreeable timeframe. Online monitoring for file transfer, ATM, Servers and Network (NAC) connectivity | Perform monitoring for file transfer, branch ATM machines and network connectivity status. UAT and OAT for new application requests submitted by in-country technology team and business departments. | Submit ad hoc batch for UAT and OAT run. Business routine and ad hoc job/batch run and conduct the log review to ensure the end to end process is completed without any error. | Need to check the batch job log to ensure the job is run with satisfactory result. If problem happens, need to rerun the job after resolving the issue. Release package and marketing message rollout to ATMs via KTC tool. | Deploy the software package for branch ATM machines. ICG Report (Flexcube Statement and Advices) reformatting run on daily basis, then send the print files to outsourced printing vendor for printing. | Run program to reformat the source files to generate statement and advices for ICG business. Coordinate the report printing and file transfer with the outsourcing printing vendor on daily basis. | Transfer the statement/advice printing files to outsourcing printing vendor for printing and ensure the printing service is completed with no issue. Submit purchase request for printing stationeries and paper based on the re-order level | Need to submit CMP/P2P to order the pre-printed/plain forms for printing. Arrange the COB drill test with printing vendor, business managers and APPC coordinators. | Work and coordinate with outsourcing vendor, APPC and business to complete the printing COB drill. Support COB drill setup and run the batch in offsite facility. | Work and coordinate with platform teams and business to complete the COB drill for Tech/Comm room Ops.
