Job Description - Field/Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Support the office renovation project by overseeing IT‑related aspects on-site.
Coordinate and communicate with vendors regarding cable installation and other technical setup issues.
Monitor and follow up on technical matters during renovation to ensure works are carried out as scheduled.
Provide updates and escalate issues to relevant managers when necessary.
Occasionally support work during weekends or non‑office hours if required (with compensation leave provided).

Requirements:

Around 1 year of working experience in IT support, field engineering, or related functions.
Basic IT knowledge preferred (e.g., networking, cabling, facility support).
Strong communication and coordination skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
Suitable for junior candidates or experienced individuals looking for a stable role (no physical lifting work required).
