Job Description

As a Finance & Admin Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

Processing and recording financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Supporting the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes for the finance department.
Collaborating with internal teams to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
Providing support for month-end and year-end closing activities.
Contributing to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance & Admin Associate should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
2-3 years of accounting experience in the FS sector
Big 4 or CPA firm candidates are welcome
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
Familiarity with financial services industry practices and standards.
