Job Description

As a Finance & Admin Director, your main responsibilities will include:

Preparing and reviewing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Managing month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
Overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions within the accounting department.
Monitoring cash flow and preparing forecasts to support business decisions.
Ensuring compliance with tax and financial reporting requirements.
Collaborating with internal teams to streamline accounting processes.
Providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning.
Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring data integrity.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance & Admin Director should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Family Office or Asset Management firm experience is highly preferred
Good Mandarin and English are highly preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
The ability to work effectively in a team and communicate financial insights clearly
