Job Description - Finance & MANCO Oversight Officer (Fund Administration & Fund Operation)

Your role

Pictet is seeking to recruit a Finance & MANCO Oversight Officer to work in the Finance & MANCO Oversight Department of Pictet Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a broad range of finance and management company (MANCO) oversight duties to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Provide comprehensive support for fund operations, including Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation, validation, and the review of financial and investor reports.
Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements and coordinate audit processes with internal teams and external auditors.
Prepare and submit management and regulatory reports in accordance with relevant standards and deadlines.
Act as a liaison between the company, service providers, and auditors to facilitate smooth communication and resolve issues efficiently.
Address and resolve inquiries from both internal stakeholders and external parties, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Drive process improvements through automation initiatives, participate in group-wide projects, and handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
1-3 years of relevant experience in fund operations or fund administration, preferably within the asset management industry.
Solid working knowledge of SFC-authorized funds; experience with MRF (Mutual Recognition of Funds) and QDLP (Qualified Domestic Limited Partnership) schemes is highly advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with hands-on experience in Macro, VBA, Co-pilot, Alteryx, and other relevant tools.
