Finance Manager

Our client is a well-established, Asia-headquartered asset management group with a growing international footprint. As part of its continued regional expansion, the company is seeking a capable and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join its Hong Kong office.

Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in overseeing financial management across domestic and overseas subsidiaries, ensuring robust financial control, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Master’s degree or above; Accounting or Finance background preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a Big Four accounting firm.
• Exposure to asset management clients is highly desirable.
• Prior audit or in-house finance experience within an asset management company is advantageous.

• Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial controls.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and reading proficiency in Mandarin and English.
