Job functions:

• Review the monthly consolidated financial statements of the Group and financial analysis within the timelines
• Coordinate annual/interim statutory audit and tax review
• Preparation of financial reports, interim and annual reports
• Assist in company secretarial works and duties
• Assist in co-ordinate to issue notices, announcements and circulars for compliance and other statutory requirements
• Provide coaching to the team and ensure quality reports submission in line with Group standards
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or associate degree in Accounting / Finance or related discipline
• At least 7 years of relevant working experience in accounting and/or audit
• Exposure in Big 4 or sizable CPA firms is preferred
• Member of HKICPA, ACCA and/or HKICS preferable
• Familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting practices, laws and tax regulations
• Experience gained in manufacturing and e-commerce industry is highly preferred
• Detailed-oriented, committed, analytical and excellent interpersonal skills
• Can work under pressure and able to meet deadline with less supervision
• Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Management Accountant
