Job Description

As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing and overseeing all financial operations and reporting processes.
preparing for consolidation for BVI, Hong Kong and China subsidiaries
Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business goals.
Preparing and presenting detailed financial analysis and forecasts to stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
Supervising and mentoring the Accounting & Finance team in Hong Kong.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.
Identifying opportunities for cost-saving and improving financial efficiency.
Supporting audit processes and liaising with external auditors when required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as CPA or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations in Hong Kong.
Proven ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
