Finance Manager Global Asset Management firm

Our client is a well-established global asset management firm recognized for its strong team dynamic and positive corporate culture. They are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team and contribute to the firm’s continued success.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial operations : Actively participate with day-to-day financial operations across tax, accounting, and transfer pricing for local and regional offices.
2. Tax and audit compliance : Ensure all corporate tax matters and annual audits are properly managed and completed.
3. Strategic financial planning : Support the development of financial strategies, prepare budgets and forecasts, and analyze financial data to guide business decisions.
4. Regulatory compliance : Ensure the company meets all regulatory requirements related to finance, reporting, liquidity, and capital adequacy.
5. Collaboration with Group Finance : Work closely with Group Finance to implement business strategies and drive finance-related projects.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Accountant with at least 6+ years of relevant accounting experience in asset management firm.
2. Strong communication skills in English (written and oral); fluency in a second language such as Chinese is a strong advantage.
3. Team collaboration : Proven ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to collective goals.
4. Risk and control mindset : Ability to act as a second line of defense, providing independent challenge, oversight, and monitoring of financial risks and controls.
5. Analytical and detail-oriented : Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to take responsibility for your work.
6. Self-starter mentality : Hands-on approach with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
