Finance Manager (M&A, Corp Finance)

The Company

Due to business expansion, our client is looking for a Finance Manager to join the team.

The Role

• Review financial reports including group reporting, annual audit, financial statements, etc.
• Prepare management reports, annual business plans and budgets as well as forecasting
• Support all the corporate finance related matters to the team including some newly acquired projects globally
• Monitor the internal control for all the new projects
• Support ad-hoc projects when needed

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related subject
• CPA qualified
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in finance
• With Big4 audit background with M&A, Deal Advisory experience, etc.
• Entrepreneurial mindset. Proactive, driven, able to cope with changes and multi-task
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Languages in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
