Job Description

As a Finance Manager (System Focus), your main responsibilities will include:

Managing and optimizing financial systems to ensure seamless operations.
Collaborating with internal teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions.
Overseeing system upgrades and ensuring minimal disruption to financial processes.
Providing technical support and training to finance staff on system usage.
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies through system controls.
Developing reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
Working closely with external vendors and stakeholders for system maintenance and improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager (System Focus) should have:

Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes in the not-for-profit industry.
Degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems and related disciplines
Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst examination or equivalent
Proficiency in financial software and system implementation.
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
