Job Description

Preparing accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
Managing general ledger reconciliations and ensuring timely month-end and year-end closings.
Overseeing tax filings and ensuring adherence to local tax regulations.
Collaborating with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitoring and analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Supporting the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and processes.
Providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

The Successful Applicant

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA being an advantage.
Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
