CASETiFY is looking for a Financial Controller who will hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be dedicated to leading and overseeing the Financial Reporting unit to deliver financial analysis and performance dashboards for the company.
Job Description
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and yearly consolidated financial closing and reporting for all operating companies within the Group.
Oversee annual audits to ensure compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules and the Securities and Futures Ordinance disclosure requirements.
Produce ad-hoc financial reports as requested by management.
Team Leadership & Advisory:
Supervise and lead the Hong Kong finance team, focusing on enhancing procedural efficiency.
Provide financial advisory services and support to cross-functional teams and subsidiaries across the Group.
Liaise with and provide essential support and advice to overseas subsidiaries' in-house finance teams and outsourced CPA firms.
Process Improvement & Control:
Analyze financial performance, identifying root causes of variances, and formulating corrective and preventive actions with recommendations for operational improvements.
Establish internal control policies and define Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules and Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS).
Assist in the implementation and enhancement of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Stakeholder Management:
Maintain relationships with bankers and key financial institutions.
Requirement
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, coupled with a professional accounting qualification.
10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a management capacity.
Proven exposure to finance operations within a listed company.
Experience in successfully implementing ERP systems is highly desirable.
A proactive and self-initiated team leader with exceptional coordination and interpersonal skills.
Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and proven problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, capable of multitasking and performing effectively under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is considered an advantage.
