Key Responsibilities
As an Asset and Liability Management Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the bank's balance sheet and financial risks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing ALM strategies to optimize the bank's interest rate and liquidity risk profile.
• Monitoring and analyzing the bank's asset and liability structure, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Preparing regular ALM reports and presenting findings to senior management.
• Collaborating with Treasury, Finance, and Risk departments to support strategic planning and capital management.
• Conducting scenario analysis and stress testing to assess the impact of market changes on the bank's financial position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ALM, treasury, or financial risk management within the banking sector.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as HKMA guidelines and Basel III.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
