Job Description - Financial PR Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Financial PR for Financial industry clients (including Asset Management and Private Banking)

Support crisis management and rapid-response communications.
Plan and deliver executive communications/training (e.g., media coaching, message preparation, spokesperson readiness).
Manage internal communications for senior stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging during key events and market updates.
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (media, legal/compliance, partners) to execute communications plans.

Communications for Listed Companies (IPO / IR / Corporate)

Support IPO communications, including preparation of materials, announcements, and stakeholder messaging.
Assist with investor relations and corporate communications activities (e.g., earnings-related communications support, Q&A preparation, press releases, and media materials).
Ensure corporate messaging aligns with approved guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Account & Project Support

Draft and edit press materials, speeches, talking points, and internal/external communications.
Support campaign planning, timeline management, and day-to-day client servicing.
Conduct light media monitoring and post-campaign reporting.

Requirements

2-5 years of relevant experience in PR/communications, preferably within financial services, investor relations, or corporate communications.
Strong writing and presentation skills in English (and Chinese preferred, depending on client needs).
Familiarity with financial markets and industry terminology (asset management, private banking, capital markets, IPO/IR).
Ability to handle time-sensitive situations and work with multiple stakeholders.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in client-facing communications.
