Job Description

Collaborate with project teams to identify business needs, define project scope, and ensure deliverables are aligned with Group programme objectives
Lead and perform regulatory reporting control assessments, identify gaps, and implement enhancement initiatives
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with internal governance standards
Ensure full financial compliance with the Banking Ordinance, HKMA Supervisory Policy Manuals (SPMs), and other regulatory guidelines
Support the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and external disclosures
Assist in delivering internal management reports and financial data to senior management and key stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related disciplines
Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting within banking, or relevant audit experience from Big 4 / financial institutions
Solid knowledge of HKMA regulatory requirements, Banking Ordinance, and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred)
