Job Description

Lead and execute IT infrastructure projects to ensure systems remain modern, stable, and aligned with business expansion needs.
Perform daily operations and preventive maintenance across the company's core infrastructure, including data center facilities, network equipment, servers, storage systems, and IT security components.
Work closely with external IT vendors on hardware and software procurement, service delivery, and outsourcing arrangements.
Provide technical support for enterprise systems, office applications, and general workplace computing requirements.
Assist in maintaining a secure, reliable, and high-availability IT environment that supports business continuity.

The Successful Applicant

Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in the insurance brokerage industry is an advantage.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with vendors, internal stakeholders, and end-users.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle fast-changing environments and evolving business needs.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
