Position Overview 

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Food / Research Technologist - Tea to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for our tea product development. You will be involved in ingredient research, performing quality test and taste test of tea capsule products. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in experienced in Health Food industry and a passion for promoting health and wellness. 

 Who We're Looking For 

• Degree in Food Science, Agricultural Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Proven 2 years of work experience as a Food / Tea Scientist or similar role
• Ability to use internal and external sources to make technical scientific advances.
• Proven ability to work in a laboratory
• Knowledge and understanding of data science.
• Knowledge of functional food ingredients & TCM will be an advantage.

What You'll Be Doing 

• Develop new product and improve existing formulas.
• Evaluate market samples and conduct benchmarking.

• Coordinate with ingredient suppliers to source new raw materials.
• Design product prototype in laboratory and conduct sensory test.
• Conduct production trials and product quality evaluation.
• Perform scientific research and support labelling claims.
• Ensure products meet legal, quality, and safety standard for assigned markets.

• Provide technical support on production process or equipment design.
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned.
