Foreign asset manager - Sales Support (up to 40K base)

The Company

Our client is a well-established asset manager looking to hire a Sales Support professional to join their growing team.

In this role, you will support the sales team on handling client queries, coordinating RFP and DDQ processes, and preparing pitching materials, as well as providing day-to-day operational support to ensure smooth client servicing. They are looking for a reliable, independent, and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

• Client servicing: Act as the main point of contact for intermediary clients and distributors, handling daily enquiries and ad-hoc requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Data and CRM management: Maintain accurate client records, meeting notes, and activity tracking within internal systems to support ongoing client engagement.
• Event and roadshow coordination: Organise and manage logistics for client events, seminars, roadshows, and adviser visits, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
• Marketing material preparation: Create and update sales materials such as presentation decks, factsheets, and marketing documents to support business development activities.
• Due diligence coordination: Support RFP, DDQ, and ongoing review processes by working closely with internal teams to gather and consolidate information.
• Reporting support: Assist in preparing regular and ad-hoc fund reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of key information.
• Operational support: Handle expense claims, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks to support the sales team's day-to-day activities.
• Internal coordination: Work closely with different internal teams to facilitate workflow and ensure efficient delivery of tasks.

Your Profile

• 3 years of experience in client servicing, sales support, or ARM
• Solid understanding of investment products across different asset classes
• Comfortable using CRM tools; experience with market data platforms is an advantage
• Relevant regulatory qualifications in financial services are preferred
• Strong language skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Degree holder in Finance, Business, or a related discipline
