FP&A Manager - Luxury Retail, Business Partnering

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across the business for strategic decisions making
• Conduct financial analysis and management reports to CFO and provide insights to support decision making process
• Prepare analysis for P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow for management review on a timely manner
• Act as a Finance Business Partner, analyse deeply into operational and financial data and metrics, identify business challenges, and provide insights and advanced solutions to develop financial strategies
• Support the implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations
• Help optimize working capital and assist in managing cash flow to support company's financial health
• Assist ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5 years or above of relevant experience in Corporate FP&A and business partnering, retail experience is a MUST
• Solid FP&A knowledge and high business intelligence in commercial context
• Excellent communication & presentation skills to influence and manage diverse stakeholders
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
