Fresh Grad Hire - Financial Product Manager (App Feature)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create product features for securities, funds, bonds, and derivatives to help global investors efficiently identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
• Work closely with securities teams across global offices, data providers, product operations, and R&D teams to drive cross-functional projects from planning to launch.
• Conduct global user research and competitive analysis, collaborating with securities operations teams to gather and prioritize internal and external product requests.
• Analyze user data to uncover insights, identify pain points, and develop innovative solutions to enhance key performance metrics.

Requirements

• Graduates with a degree in Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, or a related field; passion for securities investing is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, user empathy, data-driven mindset, and attention to detail.
• Full work proficiency in English & Chines (written and spoken).
• Highly responsible, with excellent cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
• Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
