Fresh Grad Hire - Financial Product Manager (Trading & Risk Control)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial product planning and design for FUTU/MOOMOO platform, optimizing functionalities and user experience to enhance market competitiveness.
• Apply expertise in financial regulations to analyze market trends, competition and product performance strategies.
• Establish business data monitoring systems to identify user needs through experiments and metrics analysis.
• Coordinate with R&D and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
• Analyze post-launch feedback and metrics for continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Mathematics or related fields.
• Full professional English and Chinese proficiency (verbal and written); Cantonese proficiency preferred.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with systematic problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Finance, accounting or audit internship experience.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets with hands-on experience in equities, derivatives or crypto assets.
• Relevant professional qualifications (FRM, CFA, SIE or equivalent).
• Familiarity with emerging technologies including AI applications like ChatGPT and DeepSeek.
• Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
