Fresh Grad Hire - Product Manager (App UX Architecture)

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture Design: Quickly learn and master securities-related business knowledge and user experience design methodologies. Participate in user research and design for app navigation and global features. Combine business understanding with systematic thinking to deliver forward-thinking design solutions.
• Product Planning: Own the entire cycle for architecture-focused products, including requirements gathering, analysis, roadmap planning, and design. Produce comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRD) and interactive prototypes.
• Project Execution: Collaborate closely with R&D, Design, QA, and Operations teams. Coordinate resources effectively to ensure the timely and high-quality launch of products.
• Analysis & Iteration: Monitor post-launch product data and user feedback. Conduct analysis and drive continuous optimization based on insights gathered.

Requirements

• Graduating with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, or a related field. Must be proficient in English as a working language.
• Demonstrable interest in securities and investing. Practical trading experience, relevant financial certifications, or prior internship experience in the securities or internet industry is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, coupled with strong logical and analytical thinking abilities.
• Highly motivated to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Ability to work effectively under pressure and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
• Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
