Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and iterative optimization of core trading systems, such as spot and leverage trading.
• Be responsible for the design of financial solutions, including institutional account opening, fund management, and permission systems.
• Optimize deposit and withdrawal processes, balancing security, efficiency, and user experience.
• Participate in the design and risk control of complex financial products such as futures and options.

Requirements

• Graduating with a solid academic foundation in Mathematics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Exceptional resilience and ability to maintain high performance under pressure and in ambiguous situations.
• Strong logical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills; adept at deconstructing complex problems and driving cross-team implementation.
• Adhere to long-term values, focus on sustainable growth, and are willing to build a career together with the company.
