Front Desk Officer / Senior Front Desk Officer

Responsibilities:

• Carry out check-in/check-out service in professional manner
• Handle enquires and resolve complaints
• Ensure guest satisfaction with service excellence

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• 1 year customer services experience preferred but not a must
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Assist in guest check-in and check-out procedures and handling guest enquiries
• Fresh graduates are also welcome

(Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior Front Desk Officer)
