Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the front-of-house, including reception, seating, and customer service.
- Lead and train front-of-house staff to ensure excellent guest experiences.
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage during peak hours.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and aesthetics of the dining area.
- Assist in promoting special events and promotions to enhance revenue.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and make decisions quickly.
- Proficient in using restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
