Job Description - Front Office Management Analyst - Global Markets (Welcome Fresh Graduates)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented analyst to join the Front Office Management (FOM) team supporting Global Markets. This role provides broad exposure to front-office activities, product development, governance, analytics, and systems, making it an excellent entry point for graduates interested in a markets career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Global Markets business and product initiatives across Sales and Trading desks.
  • Conduct independent suitability assessments in relation to the sales process.
  • Coordinate closely with Legal and Credit on documentation negotiation and execution
  • Prepare client segment reports and maintain monthly new trade records.
  • Partner with IT on system support and enhancements, including Data Warehouse setup and core banking configurations for new products.
  • Collaborate with regional front-office-management teams on workflow improvements and approval processes.
  • Coordinate with local stakeholders on new product approvals and UAT
  • Perform P/L consolidation, reporting, and automation across multiple desks.
  • Review Bloomberg and Refinitiv invoices, obtain approvals, and ensure accurate billing.
  • Maintain and analyse brokerage data, and produce monthly brokerage trend reports.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of Bloomberg chatrooms to ensure compliance with internal guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Global Markets product knowledge is an advantage.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Strong Excel and VBA capabilities, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis for reporting and automation.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
  • Proactive, analytical, and able to work effectively across functions.
