Frontier Researcher

Responsibility

1.负责前沿科技技术的研究与开发,进行有颠覆性价值技术的探索与创新,提出并验证新技术方案;
2.主导跨学科技术融合项目研究,推动如\"Al与通信\",\"AI与生物信息科学\"等交叉领域的创新研究;
3.撰写并发表高质量技术研究报告,论文,并参与国际学术交流,参与国际标准制定;
4.完成领导交办的其他任务.

1.Conduct research and development in cutting-edge technologies, exploring and innovating in disruptive technology areas, proposing and validating new technical solutions.
2.Lead interdisciplinary research projects, driving innovation in areas such as "AI and Communications" and "AI and Bioinformatics."
3.Write and publish high-quality research reports and papers, participate in international academic exchanges, and contribute to international standards development.
4.Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Requirements

1.全日制博士或硕士学历,计算机科学,人工智能,大数据,信息与通信,生物信息工程,物理学等相关专业;
2.在至少一个细分技术方向有深入研究成果(论文,专利或项目经历)
3.熟悉领域内顶尖科研机构和实验室(如DeepMind,MIT CSAIL等)的前沿技术动态;
4.具备创新思维与抗压能力,能独立主导有挑战性的技术探索;
5.有敏锐的产业发展认知,具有将实验室成果转化为实际应用的素质;
6.具备优秀的沟通和协调能力,具备流利的英语听说读写能力,可使用英文开展日常科研工作.
