Job Description

Managing daily fund operations, including trade processing and settlement.
Ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of cash and securities positions.
Supporting the preparation and review of Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations.
Coordinating with custodians, fund administrators, and other stakeholders.
Monitoring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Assisting in the onboarding of new funds and account setups.
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Providing regular reports and updates to senior management and clients.

The Successful Applicant

A degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of fund operations and financial markets.
Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to fund operations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
