Fund Operations Manager (Associate AVP Level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end operational processes for public bond and equity funds, covering pre-launch preparation, system setup/testing, valuation model exploration, daily trade settlement, cash/expense management, annual audits, and compliance support.
• Perform daily valuation reporting, accounting, and reconciliation with fund administrators.
• Support the opening and maintenance of counterparty and bank accounts, including AML annual reviews and related follow-ups.
• Maintain and update system data for public bond and equity funds on a daily basis.
• Prepare and revise operational procedure manuals for public bond/equity funds.
• Coordinate and communicate with custodian banks, fund administrators, and front-office business teams on fund operational matters.
• Handle other fund operations tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; background in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or FRM are advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in settlement, fund operations, or fund administration; fund accounting experience is a plus.
• At least 2 years of direct experience operating public funds, including involvement in audit cycles and full lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting for public funds and common operating platforms (e.g., Linedata, MiddleX, Geneva).
• Proficiency in MS Office and data processing tools.
• Strong teamwork, learning agility, responsibility, and attention to detail; able to adapt quickly to departmental demands.
